O nce you have made a design, you must convert that into something a 3d printer can understand. This is what a slicer program does. Choose a slicer that is compatible with your 3d printer.
In your graphics application, export your design in a format the slicer software understands. then open that file in the slicer software.
You will options such as quality and density, then you can get the slicer to produce a set of commands for your printer to create the object in your design.
The file with the commands can then be saved, and later can be transferred to removable media such a memory card
